We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.
Smiths is now one of the leading Waste Management companies in the South-West and we are looking for class 2 drivers to join our RCV driving team. You will be responsible for driving a waste collection vehicle and will be allocated your own round. 

Hours are 4:00am - 14:00pm

Salary: £35,205 - £43,750

Responsibilities for the job role:

• Driving HGV refuse vehicle (RCV) if required and carrying out collections of wheelie bins at commercial properties
• Carrying out routine vehicle checks
• Making sure that the load is correctly placed and is secure
• Maintaining a log book with details of trips, including rest breaks
• Delivering, removing and exchanging skips and or hook bins
